The PHOENIX CARAT Series is the logical continuation of the already successful Gem Stone Series. Distinguished awards for outstanding printed products have been won all over the world with these printing blankets.

In addition to its exceptional printing properties, the CARAT Series is also distinguished by the following features:

FEATURE +
The use of new chemicals in the compressible layer. Compressibility is adjusted according to the application in question, variation is negligible.

FEATURE ++
The printing blankets undergo additional heat treatment. This facilitates even tighter thickness tolerances and minimises setting behaviour.

FEATURE +++
A new chemical additive in the surface layer improves ink transfer and keeps the dot gain within the narrowest tolerances. This is why the PHOENIX CARAT Series is also recommended for CtP applications and FM screen printing.

FEATURE ++++
Thanks to a specially developed fabric pre-treatment process, consistently low elongation values are achieved without the fabric being damaged.
